Frequently Asked Question

Enabling pure mode and security protection may cause clones to fail to install. You can refer to the following tutorial to disable them
Set Up Tutorial

Cloned apps only need to be updated when the main app is upgraded. You can disable the automatic update feature in system app stores (such as App Store, App Market, Google Play, etc.) to prevent the main app from being updated.

You need to clone the corresponding third-party app (e.g., FaceBook, etc.), then reopen the cloned app (requires granting the "Read App List" permission), and select the cloned third-party app during login.

If you have frameworks like LSPosed installed, you can use 团团助手. Simply enable the scope for the corresponding app (e.g., FaceBook, etc.).

Since the clone feature relies on the “MochiCloner” app itself, please agree to open it. If applicable, you can grant permissions such as auto-start and power-saving strategies to the “MochiCloner” app.

The inability to receive messages in the background is usually caused by the clone app being killed by the system. You can manually enable auto-start and disable battery optimization.

Example for MIUI:

1.Open the app info page for both “MochiCloner” and the clone app.
2.Enable the “Auto-start” option.
3.Open the “Battery saver” settings and select “No restrictions”.

Example for MIUI WeChat clone:

1.Open the app info page for the clone app.
2.Open “Permissions management”.
3.Enable “Display pop-up windows” and “Display floating windows” permissions.
4.Go back to the app info page.
5.Open “Notification management”.
6.Enable “Floating notification” permission.
7.Scroll to the bottom and enable “Floating notification” permission for each category under “Notification types”.

Example for MIUI WeChat clone:

1.Open the app info page for the clone app.
2.Open “Notification management”.
3.Enable “Sound” permission.
4.Scroll to the bottom and open the “New message notifications” page.
5.Open the sound settings page and select a sound.

Since the cloned app runs in the environment of the original app, the Xposed modules also read the information from the original app. Therefore, please configure the settings within the original app when using Xposed modules.

No, they don’t. Enabling the modules in the module management is sufficient for them to take effect.

In most cases, you can ignore this message as the module is already activated once you have enabled it.
